Optima Sports Medicine and Sports Injury Clinic

At Optima we run classes and 1-2-1 session in Pllates and Yoga this is also incorporated into our rehabilitation and training programmes.

Our purpose built studio adjacent to the performance gym and clinic allows a perfect synergistic with all our staff.

Pilates encourages you to earn to engage your core, stabilise your movement and improve your posture. Every session will aim to strengthen, stretch, tone, and rehabilitate your body.

Flow and Slow Flow Yoga is a series of smooth flowing postures including balancing postures, stretching and relaxation. Improves strength, flexibility and tones.  Also facilitates mind-body connection by synchronising movement with the breath, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Our classes are suitable for all levels.
